It's been a year since I was fortunate enough to have the remarkable opportunity to present How Mindfulness Can Transform the Way You Write on the TEDx stage. It has been tremendously gratifying to be able to share my past experiences with writing block and how mindfulness brought me back my writing life. It is my hope that the TEDx talk has helped alleviate the writing suffering of others.

On Wednesday, October 14, at 1:30 PM EST, I'll be hosting a one hour discussion of "How Mindfulness Can Transform the Way You Write." I'll provide an overview of mindful writing (as a pedagogy and as a personal writing practice) and answer your questions about strategies for managing audience "demons" and the monkey mind, as covered in the TEDx talk.
